Return & Refund Policy – Faisal Sanitary
At Faisal Sanitary, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used or installed sanitary items.
- Products labeled as final sale, clearance, or special offers.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse, poor installation, or improper handling.
Return Process
- Email us at support@faisalsanitary.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos/videos if applicable (for damaged or incorrect products).
- Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your choice.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- If your order has already been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
