Return & Refund Policy – Faisal Sanitary

At Faisal Sanitary, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used or installed sanitary items.
  • Products labeled as final sale, clearance, or special offers.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, poor installation, or improper handling.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@faisalsanitary.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos/videos if applicable (for damaged or incorrect products).
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the product.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your choice.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@faisalsanitary.pk.
